Chris, what can we say?? Last Saturday Appuldurcombe House looked incredible! Thank you so much for everything, all of your hard work set the scene for the most perfect day and evening of our lives.

 A huge thank you to chris from inspired island events!! On saturday 6th oct my husband Dan and I organised a charity ball in aid of the cystic fibrosis trust as our youngest little boy was diagnosed with cf at 3 weeks old. Chris immediately contacted us and offered his help to dress our room at the Cowes yacht haven and I must say he did an amazing job!!! Everyone who walked into the room had the same thoughts..."wow"...it looked amazing! Chris was not only generous and kind donating his time and equipment but he was lovely to work with. We had a lovely evening and raised £1777.80 which wouldn't of been possible if it wasn't for the kindness of people like Chris. We look forward to working with you again in 2014 and will recommend you highly to all!!

Mr and Mrs Bull would like to say a big thank you to Chris at Inspired Events for such a marvellous set up. There were a few complications before, in that the business changed over hands half way through our planning which caused us some concerns, but Chris handled it very well and met our needs, making our venue look stunning.We had a few problems with our stationery elsewhere, we told him about this and he got it sorted for us straight away and made some great suggestions. It ended up looking 10 times better than the originals and were a done a lot quicker too. We liked something for our reception that was just for his show room and he let us have that too, no trouble at all. We felt comfortable that he would definitely do a good job and would turn up on the day. Communication was the key and he did this very well. Wishing you every luck in the future Chris, we have no doubts that you will do very well, as we certainly wouldn’t recommend anyone else, you were a pleasure to deal with and very friendly.

Thank you so much for looking after us. Unfortunately the hotel we were due to get married in was Ryde Castle, which burnt down two weeks prior to the wedding, Luckily for us, we had already booked with inspired island events and Chris had just taken over the business. Chris was  most helpful  assisting us with that situation, he called and text me with suggestions of who to contact and the best thing to say in order to get things sorted out and put my mind at rest.

Chris made our new venue look totally amazing. I booked him to provide chair covers and paid a small fee for him decorate the venue with our own vintage items and also hired several shabby chic items from him.  He is extremely friendly and fun and makes the whole experience of wedding planning such a lovely experience. I know he is planning to get lots of additional items and make his showroom a real masterpiece. As soon as we contacted Denise and Rachel of Inspired Island Events we knew we had chosen the right company to style our wedding.

We simply gave them the theme and colour scheme we where going to use and they transformed the venue into a stylish, stunning setting that took our breath away when we walked in. The chair sashes were in different shades of blue which created a wave of blue against the white linen table covers and looked beautiful. The personalized wedding post box and table number and name signs where all coordinated, they even matched the almonds in the wedding favours for us in our chosen colour!

We just wanted to write and say a massive thank you to Rachel and Denise for all the hard work they put in to making our wedding reception venue look amazing!!  From the start they were so helpful - we only had a rough idea of what we wanted and they made some brilliant suggestions, especially when it came to the design of the stationary and the layout of the table decorations. Nothing was too much trouble, even when we had some last minute additions to the guest list! 

On arrival at the venue we wanted to have a look at the function room as soon as possible and it looked exactly as we had hoped - classy, elegant and really captured the essence of the time of year with all of the lights and candles - perfect for our winter wedding!  The bespoke place cards and seating plan tied in beautifully with the purple colour scheme, and the post box on the gift table was a fantastic idea!  So many of our guests approached us during the reception to say how beautiful the room looked, and the 'Martini' glasses were a particular hit. We would recommend using Inspired Events if you require a thorough, professional yet friendly service.  Thanks once again Rachel and Denise!!
